Ordered the pc at a 500$ discount sale, Lawrence and Carl were of great help with the config and even advised where i could upgrade especially when it comes to the thermals, got the pc delivered in perfect condition, cable management is excellent and thermals are really cool even under strenuous load, overall very happy with the pc and will recommend to anyone looking for their custom build, cheers

After extensive homework I settled on the Krypton. The entirety of the rigs parts are effectively at market price, so you’re getting a free build and warranty included at not much additional cost. Excellent service, and arrived flawlessly.

First time buyer of a PC online.. so I was a little apprehensive. I know from experience that couriers arent the best at delivering fragile equipment.. but it arrived in one piece and working well.. plus nebula are very responsive to emails and with the deal I got... couldnt be beaten on price. buying something equivalent locally would have been at least $600+ more. anyway the team there are great and the 3 year warranty.. worry free. Took almost exactly as they said to be built and got here in two days cross state. Arrived well packaged a bit too much packaging for the surge protector I also bought but who cares. As far as the pc goes build quality is really good and is preforming very well but psu is probably worth upgrading over the 650w and I am worried about gpu sag

Very nicely built with excellent cable management. I did need to enable XMP in the BIOS. This was something I thought they'd do considering they go to the trouble of performing benchmarks on the PC

Well thought out components without any extra faff. The build quality was top notch. Excellent cable management. I ordered my PC at 10am and it was ready for pick up at 1pm on the same day. Everything was well packaged and the PC was set up well with windows etc. My only criticism would be that the RAM XMP profile was not enabled by default so my RAM was not running at its advertised speed. I had to manually go into the BIOS to enable XMP, this is not a big deal as it only takes 20 seconds but if I had not known to check this I wouldn't be getting the most out of my PC. I would recommend that Nebula enables this prior to shipping. Otherwise everything works perfectly and the service was excellent.

The PC is fantastic! However, I'm having trouble turning off the RGB lights, which can be distracting at night. Could you please guide me on how to do this?
